Fredericton native, Greg Harrison (M.Mus, B.Mus) is a freelance percussionist in Toronto and the Maritimes. Specializing in classical and electronic music, he has performed with a wide variety of artists/groups including Cirque du Soleil, Video Games Live, Chloe Charles, Reuben and the Dark, Beverley Johnston, Symphony Nova Scotia, The Rose Orchestra, Fred Penner, Motion Ensemble and Theatre New Brunswick. Greg leads his electronic-based groups Falcon Punch, bEQUALSd, and Monarch. Additionally, he continues to produce music under the moniker: grej. He currently accompanies contemporary dance for The National Ballet of Canada, Toronto Dance Theatre, George Brown College, Ryerson University, and the Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre. As an active composer, Greg has been commissioned to write works for The Canadian Dance Theatre, Random Acts of Dance, and Cardinal Carter Academy. His debut marimba work Echoes No.1 was published by Keyboard Percussion Publications (US) in 2015.
Greg has also co-founded FUZE Fest: a contemporary music festival that is held in Fredericton, NB every August.
